Yes, the trees are greening up and the air is warmer and the sun is shining and life is good... The color challenge this week is Wisteria Wonder, Smoky Slate and Whisper White. I've been wanting to try this technique for quite some time, so I decided that this was the prompt that I needed...
The "technique" is simple as far as the steps involved: stamp an image on watercolor paper, emboss with white embossing powder, then watercolor the image. I used the Hero Arts Large Flower background stamp and watercolored with re-inkers in the wisteria and Pear Pizzazz. I used my dye technique to tint the ribbon with the slate re-inker and used the Bow-Easy to tie the bow. And that's that!
Question to ponder: how much of your life is spent in watching, waiting, planning, anticipating and how much of it is spent in doing and being? I'm a Master Procrastinator on the doing, but I can plan all the day long! I need to get out of Odd Brain and into GO! Anyone else....? And, on that note, I will now GO and DO something! Further bulletins as events warrant... Have a good one!
Beautiful card! I love watercoloring and looking at your card reminds me why. :)

This is a beautiful card and now I'm going to have to try this technique too!
I'm the same on procrastinating .. can think about something and plan it forever, but have to really work to actually do it. Gets worse as I get older!
